💸 Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FreshLens IAS, we strive to deliver high-quality mentorship and curated guidance to serious UPSC aspirants. Since our services involve personalized time, effort, and planning, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:

1. No Refunds After Enrollment

• Once payment is made and access to sessions or materials has been granted, no refund will be issued.
  
  

• This applies to all mentorship tiers, downloadable resources, and consultation sessions.
  
  

2. Session Rescheduling

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled mentorship session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  

• We will make every effort to reschedule based on availability.
  
  

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as availed and not refundable or repeatable.
  
  

3. Cancellations Before Program Start

• If cancellation is requested before the first session/material access and within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered, after deducting administrative and booking charges.
  
  

• This is applicable only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of FreshLens IAS.
  
  

4. Program Termination by FreshLens IAS

• FreshLens IAS reserves the right to cancel a student’s access to the program due to violation of our terms (plagiarism, misconduct, or misuse of materials).
  
  

• In such cases, no refund will be provided.
  
  

5. Refund Processing Time

• If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
