At FreshLens IAS, we strive to deliver high-quality mentorship and curated guidance to serious UPSC aspirants. Since our services involve personalized time, effort, and planning, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy as outlined below:
Once payment is made and access to sessions or materials has been granted, no refund will be issued.
This applies to all mentorship tiers, downloadable resources, and consultation sessions.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled mentorship session, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
We will make every effort to reschedule based on availability.
Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as availed and not refundable or repeatable.
If cancellation is requested before the first session/material access and within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be considered, after deducting administrative and booking charges.
This is applicable only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of FreshLens IAS.
FreshLens IAS reserves the right to cancel a student’s access to the program due to violation of our terms (plagiarism, misconduct, or misuse of materials).
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
