At FreshLens IAS, all our services and study materials are delivered digitally. As such, there is no physical shipping involved. Please read the details of our delivery process below.

1. Mode of Delivery

• All mentorship sessions, resources, and communication are conducted online via email, messaging platforms, or video conferencing tools (like Zoom/Google Meet).
  
  

• Study materials, PDFs, current affairs compilations, and test files are shared through email, shared drives, or direct downloads from our platform (if applicable).
  
  

2. Delivery Timeline

• Mentorship sessions are scheduled upon confirmation of enrollment and payment.
  
  

• Study material access is usually granted within 24–48 hours of successful payment.
  
  

• Customized or personalized documents (like strategy plans, feedback reports) may take up to 3–5 working days, depending on the mentorship plan.
  
  

3. Non-Delivery Issues

If you:

• Have not received your materials within the stated time,
  
  

• Cannot access a link or file, or
  
  

• Missed a scheduled session,

4. No Physical Products

FreshLens IAS does not offer or ship any physical products. All offerings are digitally delivered educational services.

5. Changes in Delivery

FreshLens IAS reserves the right to update delivery methods, platforms, or schedules if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance to the enrolled aspirants.
